Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) overnight awake position at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota (LSS) with a $2,500 hiring bonus. Openings in Cohasset, MN and Grand Rapids, MN (overnight shift 10:00pm-6:00am). Provide person-centered care, guidance and encouragement, and advocacy to individuals with disabilities, including community engagement and support in essential living skills. Maintain documentation and participate in meetings and training according to regulations and LSS standards. Benefits include medical/dental/life/vision plans for 30+ hours, PTO with holidays and float days, paid orientation/training, and opportunities for career growth across 24+ services. Wage increase opportunity up to $16.50/hour after six months.
