Job Summary
Ensure the well-being and safety of clients while maintaining a clean, home-like environment throughout the overnight shift. Remain alert and responsive to client needs, providing routine checks per program procedure. Assist clients with morning activities including preparing for the day, cleaning, and cooking. Develop and document Individualized Action Plans, Individualized Service Plans, and reviews with clients. Communicate participant progress, mental status, and daily changes in notes. Report significant health, psychiatric, or behavioral issues to on-call staff and provide crisis intervention or access emergency services as needed. Work the third shift from 10:00pm to 8:00am on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at a starting rate of $18.25/hour. Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to an operational, insured vehicle for client transport.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent degree
- six months' related experience
- Excellent interpersonal, judgement and coaching skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to utilize basic computer applications
- Must hold a valid driver's license
