Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) in a residential group home setting supporting up to 4 individuals with identified needs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities (personal care, hygiene, meals, household tasks, transportation), facilitating community involvement and independent living skills, advocating for the rights and preferences of those served, monitoring health and wellbeing, and completing required documentation. Training provided; position emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care and teamwork within a mission-driven organization. Overnight schedule available; hiring bonus of $1500 and wage of $18.00/hour with potential raise after six months.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
