AVP/VP, HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary
As a AVP/VP, HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive business performance. You will deliver end-to-end HR solutions including talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning within assigned business units. Key responsibilities include strategizing with leaders on organization design and workforce planning, driving HR transformation initiatives, leading talent reviews and succession planning, promoting an inclusive high-performance culture, guiding performance management processes, advising on HR policies and compliance with Singapore employment laws, collaborating with HR COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions, and leveraging HR analytics to inform decisions. You will need strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, change management, and analytical capabilities to link HR initiatives to business outcomes while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–6 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
