Job Summary
Support deal closing processes in line with the 'TM Service Menu', including end-to-end private credit settlements. Partner with the Transaction Management team to enhance and automate operational processes, serving as the go-to resource for policy queries and the middle office point of contact for external counterparties like legal counsel and custodians. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage documentation review, execution, and tracking, while accurately processing investment commitments, financial crimes, and compliance requests. Record deal closing tasks in the internal digital workflow platform and ensure global deliverables are managed with consistent communication across London and Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- General familiarity of the investment sector
- General knowledge of private sector investing
- Awareness documentation of private transactions
- Company secretarial practices
- Nuances of PE transactions
- Appreciation of the commercial, regulatory environment for private sector transactions
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deals at any given time
