Job Summary

Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of dynamic multi-channel acquisition and digital growth plans for TJX credit-card marketing. Establish senior-level relationships with partner organizations to support acquisition initiatives. Analyze objectives and marketing calendars to craft acquisition strategies that maximize new customer growth, optimize marketing spend, and pursue budget opportunities. Identify target audiences, design and test acquisition programs, and drive campaigns across an integrated omni-channel environment. Monitor performance metrics (new customer volume, CPA, ROI, KPIs) and refine tactics based on data insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (media, analytics, product, sales) and external partners/agencies; contribute to financial forecasts and budget recommendations. Manage multiple acquisition and digital marketing projects, ensure quality/timeline/budget adherence, and perform special projects focused on growth. Required: bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience, 5+ years marketing experience, 3+ years leading growth marketing and managing digital acquisition channels, 3+ years in credit card/retail marketing, willingness to travel ~10%, east-coast working hours, U.S. work authorization. Salary range 90k-155k USD annually; eligible for annual bonus; flexible work setup allowing remote near hubs or in-office attendance; relocation assistance not specified.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED with 7+ years of marketing experience
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within retail, credit card, or financial services industries
  • 3+ years leading growth marketing strategies for consumer-facing products or programs
  • 3+ years experience managing digital customer acquisition channels including online and mobile
  • 3+ years exposure to co-brand or general purpose credit card product marketing or retail industry marketing
  • This role must work East Coast hours
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required (~10%)
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
