Job Summary
AVP, Marketing for TJX credit card portfolio leading multi-channel acquisition and digital growth initiatives. Build and execute dynamic acquisition strategies, optimize spend, and drive new customer growth across brands (TJX, HomeGoods, Homesense, Marshalls, Sierra). Establish senior relationships with partner organizations, analyze objectives and calendars to tailor campaigns, segment target audiences, and test programs in an omni-channel environment. Drive performance by monitoring KPIs (new customers, CPA, ROI), collaborating with internal teams (media, analytics, product, sales) and external agencies, forecasting budgets, and managing multiple projects. Travel ~10%. Requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and proficiency in consumer-finance/retail marketing with experience in ABM or personalized marketing. East Coast hours required; flexibility to work from home near hubs or in-office as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma/GED with 7+ years marketing experience
- 3+ years leading growth marketing strategies for consumer-facing products or programs
- 3+ years experience managing digital customer acquisition channels including online and mobile
- 3+ years exposure to co-brand or general purpose credit card product marketing or retail industry marketing
- Ability and willingness to travel ~10%
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; employer does not sponsor visas
