AVP, Technology Lead - Digital

Job Summary
Shape and align digital technology strategy across business units, defining platform roadmaps, OKRs, and investment priorities for Secure Web, Public Web, and Secure Mobile assets. Lead end-to-end delivery of digital platform capabilities, overseeing internal teams, vendors, and system integrators to improve velocity, quality, and reliability. Mentor technology leaders and teams, fostering a collaborative culture while managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cost optimization for total cost of ownership. Ensure platform stability, security, and resiliency through robust governance, incident management, and risk controls. Partner with Product, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise leaders to drive modernization and cross-functional alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles
- Experience leading modernization and enablement of digital platforms such as identity, web, mobile, integration, or client/advisor experience platforms
- Proven ability to lead technology teams through transformation, platform ownership, and operating model evolution
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing sizable technology budgets, vendor portfolios, and total cost of ownership
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and organizational leadership skills
- Experience in regulated financial services
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) for Quebec only
