Job Summary
Lead enterprise technology delivery, release governance, and strategic project execution across the organization. Mentor a team of product owners and analysts to manage requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align technology investments with business outcomes. Own the release management function by establishing standardized processes, coordinating cross-functional deployments, and driving readiness reviews for applications and infrastructure. Partner with senior leaders to translate technical concepts into business insights, communicate release schedules and risks, and present program status to executive leadership. Manage complex technology programs from initiation through operational transition using SAFe Agile 6.0 and traditional methodologies. Report on delivery metrics to support data-driven decision-making and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology delivery, project/program management, release management, or related technology leadership roles
- at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Experience implementing enterprise release management frameworks and governance models
- Extensive experience leading large-scale technology programs, enterprise initiatives, and cross-functional delivery teams
- Demonstrated expertise in Release Management, Project Management, and Technical Requirements Management within complex enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile SAFe 6, and traditional project management methodologies
- Proven success managing technology portfolios, release governance processes, and organizational transformation initiatives
- Experience working closely with architecture, engineering, infrastructure and business teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions
- Strong understanding of IT operations, software delivery lifecycles, governance frameworks, and technology strategy
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and competing priorities across multiple initiatives
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a focus on delivering measurable business value through technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic planning with operational execution
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
- PMP certification
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
- Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
- equivalent certifications to PMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Release Train Engineer (RTE)
