Job Summary
AVP - Technical Program Manager responsible for delivering large-scale technical projects across the bank using Agile/Scrum; gather business, system, and functional requirements from stakeholders, coordinate project documentation (requirements, meeting agendas/minutes, status reports) with tools like MS Project and Visio, and create/update plans. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, monitor forecasts vs actuals, provide status to executive management and partners, and quantify benefits post-implementation. Lead continuous improvement and best practices in the project lifecycle, manage capacity allocation, and collaborate with engineers, QA, product managers, and other teams to align with regulatory and security policies. Utilize technologies such as Kafka, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, AWS, MS Project, Excel, Visio, Access, and PowerPoint. May telecommute pursuant to company policies. [Hybrid role] in Whippany, NJ.
