Job Summary
AVP - Technical Lead Training responsible for designing and delivering learning experiences to educate and upskill operational colleagues in wholesale lending operations. Lead development of training programmes, workshops and knowledge-transfer initiatives; monitor effectiveness and implement improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to identify training needs, develop accreditation plans, and ensure timely delivery aligned to programme milestones. Lead a team or guide collaborative assignments, demonstrate leadership behaviours (Listen, Energise, Align, Develop) and manage risk and governance in learning and development initiatives. Requires experience in L&D/training delivery, strong understanding of wholesale banking or lending operations, and effective stakeholder management. Location: Noida, India; office-based with Barclays branding and governance adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Learning & Development or Training delivery
- Understanding of wholesale banking, lending operations or Corporate /investment banking
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
