Job Summary
Own the technical vision and end-to-end design for the Data Distribution and Data Sharing team's data product evolution. Establish SLAs/SLOs for external customer data products and continuously optimize data sourcing strategies to ensure platform reliability. Lead the full software development lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to define scope, develop delivery estimates, and manage production deployments. Build and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake, DBT, and AWS services, while designing ETL processes and machine-readable data contracts. Mentor a distributed team of engineers and QA resources, driving AI-enabled delivery practices and fostering a culture of accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience with cloud and data technologies (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, DBT, AWS)
- 5+ years of ETL experience with Informatica
- 5+ years experience in SQL server procedures, views, indexes and performance tuning
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a process-oriented mindset
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Commitment to quality, performance, and execution excellence
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub, Octopus, or similar
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies
- Experience in the FinTech industry
