Job Summary
Lead the enterprise Career Development practice area within Travelers' Enterprise Talent Management to design and implement a forward-looking, employee-centered growth and internal mobility strategy. Own the end-to-end employee experience for career development, collaborate with technology partners to deploy tools, design and lead mentorship program strategy, and partner with Talent Acquisition on internal mobility to make internal movement more visible and development-informed. Drive adoption and integration of career development tools, provide guidance on Career Development Conversations, and leverage talent data to measure program effectiveness. Collaborate with HR partners to ensure career development strategy aligns with workforce planning and business needs. Bring expertise in HR technology platforms and demonstrated success in coaching leaders to support scalable, data-driven career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Eight years of Human Resource experience with some experience in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, leadership development, succession management, career development, and/or relationship management
