Job Summary

AVP, Talent Management Partner will collaborate with business, functional, and HR leaders to advance leader, team, and organization effectiveness, drive business priorities through leadership assessment, development, executive onboarding, coaching, and culture initiatives. Responsibilities include building partnerships with senior leaders, serving as the face of ETM at senior leadership tables, aligning talent data with products and services (Leadership Development, Career Development & Mentorship, Performance Management, Top Talent & Succession), designing and delivering team effectiveness sessions for senior leadership, coaching executives onboarding into new roles, managing enterprise-wide talent products, and providing data-driven insights to inform talent strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in human resources, behavioral science, industrial/organizational psychology or a related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field
  • Eight years of Human Resource experience with some experience in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, leadership development, succession management, career development, and/or relationship management
