Job Summary
Translate global and regional supply chain strategies into actionable plans for manufacturing plants across the Americas Hub (U.S., Canada, and Mexico). Lead end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to ensure cross-functional alignment among Production, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Logistics. Generate reliable, data-informed demand forecasts with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to guide production and streamline inventory management. Optimize production, capacity, and inventory planning while proactively mitigating risks related to material availability, capacity constraints, and cross-border dependencies. Requires 10+ years of experience in S&OP or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment. Base salary $195,000 - $205,000 plus incentive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- SAP ERP System Expertise, SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent)
- American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) or Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning (IBF) certification
