Job Summary
Develop HR strategies and drive business objectives for large, complex business or corporate staff areas by integrating performance management, compensation, staffing, rewards, development, and employee relations. Lead change management initiatives through stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and visible advocacy while ensuring enterprise-wide HR programs align with business needs. Proactively assess organizational effectiveness using metrics to build and implement plans that support broad corporate priorities. Work across the organization to deliver solutions that balance business demands with HR organizational priorities. Requires approximately 25% travel and adherence to a hybrid working schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years experience in the field of HR
