Job Summary
Process and approve relevant transactions guided by operating procedures and standards to ensure processing turnaround and accuracy. Establish close working relationships with business units, branches, and departments to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations. Assist team management in overseeing daily activities and contribute to meeting team objectives. Process Trade Finance transactions such as Letters of Credit, Import and Export Financing, Bankers Acceptances, Bank Guarantees, and Documentary Collections. Ensure handling of shipping documents and trade financing complies with policies, rules, guidelines, and Service Level Agreements. Exercise due diligence on operational matters regarding AML/CFT procedures and regulatory requirements. Attend to queries from internal and external customers while providing advisory support as needed. Handle ad hoc duties assigned by Team Leader or Management.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a degree
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, team player with the ability to work independently under tight timelines
- High level of accuracy and ability to work under pressure
