Job Summary
Understand deal contours and structure terms based on investor and client requirements, preparing term sheets and cash flows while liaising with lawyers for definitive documentation. Navigate laws and regulations to facilitate negotiations on complex legal documents, coordinating with multiple counterparties including issuers, trustees, law firms, rating agencies, and stock exchanges to execute processes. Address queries regarding cash flows or Bond/PTC details for investors and issuers, providing specific inputs to the Sales/Ops team. Requires a CA or MBA with 7-10 years in financial services, strong debt capital market knowledge, and high-level analytical skills. Required Qualifications
- CA or MBA
- 7-10 years of experience in financial services
- Strong understanding of debt capital markets
- Well versed with MS Excel
