Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5–10 years of experience in Cyber Operations, IT Operations, Risk, Compliance, or Governance roles within a regulated enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of Operational Risk and Control (ORAC) frameworks, issue management lifecycle, and audit processes
- Hands-on experience in issue remediation tracking, root cause analysis, and closure documentation (closure packs/evidence packs)
- Proven ability to engage with internal and external auditors, including responding to audit findings and clarifications
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (risk, audit, technology, operations) to drive issue resolution
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, ITIL, or equivalent governance models
- Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, ITIL Foundation/Intermediate or equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced CyberOps environment with high accountability and ownership
- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
