Job Summary
Manage assigned Branch Office(s) to meet financial service needs by leading sales, organizing business development activities, and ensuring compliance with operating policies and federal regulations. Directly supervise personnel by assisting in selection, training new hires, reviewing performance, and distributing work to achieve growth and profitability. Conduct customer relationship building, make outside sales calls, and ensure proper security, maintenance, and cleanliness of the office including vault control. Establish sales and customer service goals, conduct regular meetings, and submit timely reports to the VP Regional Manager. Participate in community organizations and adhere to all internal policies, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements such as the CRA and BSA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- education beyond a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- specialized banking education/training
- valid driver's license
- Proficient in English, reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
- proficient interpersonal relations, communication, customer service and sales skills
- demonstrated leadership, management, and supervisory skills
- proficient organizational and project management skills
- proficient problem-solving ability
- thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services
- thorough knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures
- knowledge of federal banking regulations
- thorough knowledge of branch operations including Teller operations, cash and ATM procedures
- proficient PC skills
- ability to lift fifty (50) lbs. of coin
- A minimum of four (4) years' related experience
