Job Summary
AVP, Director of Relationship Management for Retirement Plan Services leads and mentors a high-performing team of Relationship Managers, sets strategic priorities to drive departmental results, and develops complex client relationship management programs to meet clients' service needs and profitability objectives. The role requires extensive experience in relationship management, demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities, strong presentation and stakeholder-influence skills, and travel up to 40% while pursuing continued talent development and successful hiring/retention. Nice-to-have licenses include FINRA S6, S63, S24, and Life & Health state licenses with enrollment within 180 days. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ Years’ experience in relationship management
- 3+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or leadership experience
- Proven strong working knowledge of retirement plans
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of Bachelor's)
- Ability to travel up to 40%
