Job Summary
Own the operational infrastructure supporting the Research Team, including publication workflows, calendars, documentation, and operating procedures. Manage the end-to-end publication process for research content, coordinating with Compliance and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Provide operational quality control across the publication process, identifying issues before deliverables move to the next stage. Maintain research resources, templates, trackers, and reference materials, ensuring information remains accurate and current. Serve as the primary operational liaison between the Research Team and partner teams across the firm. Manage the Research Team's website presence and internal content resources. Track research production, readership, and team metrics, producing recurring reporting and supporting business objectives. Lead operational projects and identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support the team's continued growth. Establish and refine processes that improve consistency, scalability, and execution across the Research Team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of operations, project management, or business management experience, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional workflows involving multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and sound operational judgment across complex, deadline-driven work
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience improving processes and implementing operational best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management, collaboration, and content management tools such as Asana, Adobe Acrobat, or similar platforms
