AVP, Regulatory Reporting

Lead and manage the preparation, review, and submission of all regulatory reports to the Bank of Thailand (BOT) and other relevant regulatory bodies. Interpret and analyze new and revised regulatory requirements, assessing their impact on the bank's reporting processes and systems. Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of regulatory data. Collaborate with Finance, Risk Management, IT, and Business Units to gather data and ensure alignment in reporting. Act as a key point of contact for regulatory auditors and internal audit teams, providing timely information and explanations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of regulatory reporting functions. Provide training and guidance to team members on regulatory reporting requirements and best practices. Prepare management reports and presentations on regulatory compliance status and key reporting metrics. Participate in projects related to regulatory changes, system enhancements, and new product launches to ensure regulatory compliance is embedded from the outset.
