Job Summary
AVP, Product Manager at SitusAMC responsible for ensuring product decisions align with the organization’s strategy, vetting Epics/Features/User Stories, maintaining a ready backlog, and communicating the strategic vision to Delivery Teams. Delivers Epics/Features/User Stories, defines acceptance criteria, represents the voice of the customer, conducts user interviews, prioritizes work, coordinates releases and change management, prepares release notes, and creates metrics to improve processes. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, mentors team members, and aligns product decisions with business goals. Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent
- Minimum of five years of increasing responsibility for product or service development
- Minimum of 5 years of experience relating to solution design and engagement with full stack development techniques with a heavy focus on End User usability and UX designs
- Strong analytical skills to identify and propose persona/outcome combinations for business impact
