Job Summary
Lead the discovery, design, development, and delivery of RILA solutions to support business growth and market differentiation. Identify emerging market opportunities and consumer needs to develop strategies that expand into new markets and diversify the product portfolio. Collaborate with Pricing, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, State Filings, Operations, and Implementation teams to bring product solutions from concept to market. Work alongside business partners to assess annuity and adjacent markets, evaluate product viability, and influence product priorities. Build relationships with external partners to gather market insights and inform product innovation. Evaluate product performance and in-force management strategies to support portfolio optimization. Contribute to risk management and product governance processes by assessing impacts on design, pricing, and business mix. Define and execute short- and long-term product strategies by maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience of equivalent work experience
- 10+ Years experience in a similar role in the insurance industry
- Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations
- Demonstrates ability to communicate knowledgeably and credibly with senior management and internal constituents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to think critically, analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement process improvements
- Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Experience maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor offerings, regulatory developments, and emerging industry trends
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment
