Job Summary
Coordinate program-level initiatives for Cash Management domain capabilities including Payments, 3rdparty Banking, and Retirement. Represent product priorities in forums, analyze business systems, and communicate requirements through epics and stories to upstream and downstream teams. Ensure the product backlog remains clear of blockers, create user stories, and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and release demos. Steer projects to ensure delivery of business value while maintaining standards for progress visibility and reporting. This role requires a balance of delivery thinking, stakeholder management, and dependency tracking to enhance the advisor and client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry
- Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analysis, Product Management, and/or Program Management experience within an agile delivery framework
- Passion for delivering at scale
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and management across multiple partner teams
- Exemplary collaboration, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Superior skill and ability in multi-tasking and appropriate prioritization
- Ability to effectively respond to dynamically changing work environment and to positively influence business outcomes
- A track record of innovative thinking and problem solving
