AVP, Partner Sales at Braze leads the global Partner Sales function, sets strategy and operating model across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, supervises a regional leadership team of ~15, owns global partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue targets, defines a global partner coverage framework, drives partner-first selling with senior leadership, maintains executive relationships with strategic partners (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, AWS, Google Cloud), and collaborates cross-functionally to support the Revenue organization. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in partner sales, alliances, or channel sales in B2B SaaS
- at least 3 years at Director level or above managing other managers
- experience owning a multi-regional or global partner sales function
- track record of influencing VP and C-suite level decisions in a Sales organization
- familiarity with major partner types - SI/Delivery, Technology/ISV, cloud hyperscalers, agency/holding company partners
- experience building or redesigning a Partner Sales operating model
- strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem
- executive gravitas and ability to operate at VP/C-suite level
- ability to travel globally
