Job Summary
Define and execute the global partner management strategy aligned to corporate growth objectives, leading the global partner management organization and overseeing regional leaders and strategic initiatives. Establish scalable frameworks for joint business planning, governance, and performance management while orchestrating the budgeting process and identifying emerging markets to expand the partner footprint. Provide managerial direction for direct reports, overseeing hiring, compensation, and employee relations, and develop future leaders to build a management bench capable of supporting rapid growth. Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, removing obstacles for teams and driving collaborative outcomes across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of experience in a related field
- minimum of 8–10 years of prior management experience at a relevant senior level
- Demonstrated fiscal responsibility and accountability in managing budgets
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Exceptional leadership, sound judgment, and business acumen
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing partner management organizations
- Developing future leaders

- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and provide timely feedback to team members
- Track record of identifying leadership potential and building management bench strength capable of supporting rapid organizational growth
- Strong technology curiosity and aptitude
- Experience leveraging technology to improve partner management effectiveness, reporting, and operational excellence
- Experience serving as a strategic influencer to internal and external peer industry groups or customers
- Proven ability to serve as an escalation point for complex, high-stakes issues and drive effective resolution across teams
