Job Summary
Manage a team of 20 staff ensuring daily processing meets SLA standards while escalating potential risk events. Review operational errors, GL & Nostro breaks, and track staff KPOs to maintain high accuracy and speed. Perform approval functions on Outward Telegraphic Transfer payments and corresponding entries in REM, RBK, and AMH systems, assessing payment purposes against BNM Foreign Exchange Policy. Conduct transaction screening in Fircosoft to adhere to AML guidelines, distinguishing false hits from true positives. Balance resource allocation, review team productivity, and foster a cohesive environment with a strong succession plan. Drive continuous process improvement through stakeholder collaboration and participate in project discussions, system verification, and User Acceptance Testing as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Business/Finance/Economics
- Minimum 8 years working experience in Cash Management Operations area
- vast experience and knowledge in processing Outward Foreign Telegraphic Transfer
- SWIFT message formatting
- Ability to handle volume with accuracy and speed
- Self-motivated

- demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced checker/approver in Cash Payment processing with any Financial Institution
- knowledge in SWIFT Message Formatting
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications i.e Excel, Words, Power Point
- Good understanding on BNM policies i.e Foreign Exchange Policy, ESS Guidelines and AML/CFT Guidelines
