Job Summary
AVP to strengthen Aviva Canada’s operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management and to drive physical security and health and safety strategies. Lead strategic vision for resilience, governance, and risk management; act as incident manager during crises; oversee corporate security, health & safety programs, and third-party risk; engage senior leadership and stakeholders to align delivery with business goals; and contribute to a culture of care and inclusion. Hybrid role based in Markham, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/Business qualification preferred
- 10+ years of Operational Resiliency experience
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a senior management role
- Experience in P&C Insurance or Financial Services is an asset
