Job Summary
AVP, Operational Resilience Change Management and Governance Support role in MUFG's London-based team. Responsibilities include coordinating operational resilience change activities across EMEA, triaging change requests, minute taking, maintaining the change management log, preparing governance materials for forums, tracking actions and attendance, managing the document repository (e.g., SharePoint), and ensuring documentation remains audit-ready. The role supports IBS/CIF mapping, periodic reviews of resilience procedures, and production/validation of management information, dashboards, and status reporting. Required experience in operational resilience or change governance within financial services, understanding of PRA/ECB/DNB expectations, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; minimum GSE (or equivalent) in core academic subjects; A Levels preferred. Flexible working is available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operational resilience, non-financial risk or change governance functions within financial services
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as PRA, ECB and DNB and ability to embed resilience into governance processes
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, frameworks or operating models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for governance forums and stakeholder engagement
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining logs and audit documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data analysis
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple deadlines
