Job Summary
Lead underwriting for Fidelity/Crime portfolio, overseeing day-to-day operations, strategy, and a high-performing team with a strong emphasis on Financial Institutions; build broker and client relationships, drive profitable growth, monitor portfolio performance, and collaborate cross-functionally. Role requires on-site presence three days a week with two remote days in NYC metro and related territory (NYC, Westchester, Northern New Jersey). Travel locally as needed and participate in divisional meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 15–20+ years of underwriting experience in Fidelity/Crime preferred
- 7+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong technical underwriting capability with complex accounts and larger risks
- Established broker relationships and ability to originate and expand business
- Ability to work hybrid in NYC and travel locally/occasionally for divisional needs
