AVP of Operations (Home Health)

Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery for every office in the territory across home health and private duty service lines, using KPIs to confirm proper resource allocation. Implement operational changes that improve efficiency and build new processes, while monitoring progress against fiscal and strategic goals to execute action plans when results slip. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor branch directors; supervise branch employees and coordinate with corporate and regional support teams to ensure goals are met. Ensure every location has the clinical leadership and capacity to deliver safe, high-quality care, reviewing clinical results alongside sales and operational outcomes for joint planning on case mix, referrals, and staffing. Lead the sales effort by setting targets, running pipeline reviews, and holding the area accountable for census and revenue growth. Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws, ensuring survey readiness and directing corrective action plans for performance or risk. Participate in branch budgeting and forecasting to hit budget targets.
