Job Summary
Coordinate monthly collection, validation, and analysis of data for 300+ funds to support regulatory filings including Forms N-PORT and N-CEN. Reconcile information from investment advisers, custodians, and third-party providers, then ingest and format data into standardized templates for SEC submissions. Prepare and review filings such as 24f-2, N-PX, and N-CSR, while resolving discrepancies by coordinating with external vendors and internal teams. Support new fund launches, operational setup, and vendor coordination, and assist with regulatory exams, internal audits, and due diligence reviews. Provide guidance to junior administrators and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Client Services to improve operational processes and internal controls.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in fund administration, ETF operations, regulatory reporting, or related financial services roles
- Direct experience preparing or supporting SEC regulatory filings for registered funds (including N-PORT and N-CEN)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- MBA desirable
- Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and large dataset management)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict regulatory deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external service providers
- Located within proximity to Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; New York City, NY; and West Palm Beach, FL
