Job Summary
Oversee the Credit Services Department to preserve assets by managing delinquent accounts, loan repayments, and collateral recovery; responsibilities include hiring/training/coaching staff, analyzing delinquency trends, meeting delinquencies and loss goals, approving collection recommendations, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with laws and credit union policies; develop methods to inform management of loan performance trends and ensure adherence to Bank Secrecy Act and AML policies; lead performance reviews and foster a culture aligned with Park's Core Values.
Required Qualifications
