Job Summary
Oversee the Credit Services Department as AVP of Credit Services (Collections & Recovery) to preserve the credit union’s assets by managing delinquent accounts, loan repayments, and collateral recovery. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and coaching staff; analyzing delinquency trends; and ensuring department goals for delinquencies and losses are met. Review and approve collection recommendations, allocate resources to meet operational needs, and develop methods to inform management of trends affecting loan performance while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and credit union policies. Drive performance measures aligned with Park’s core values and ensure regulatory compliance, while mentoring staff to achieve high-quality service for members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Certifications
- Five to eight years of related experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Regulatory and compliance awareness (BSA/AML/OFAC)
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing delinquent accounts and collections processes

- Regulatory and compliance knowledge (Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering, OFAC)
