Job Summary
AVP of Accounting, FP&A responsible for supporting monthly close and management reporting, quarterly bank compliance certifications, budgeting/forecasting, and building interactive financial models for 1-, 3-, and 5-year horizons. Partners with SVP FP&A to enhance budgeting tools, prepare quarterly board materials, and provide financial analytics, KPI reporting, and strategic insights to executive leadership and PE sponsors. Requires strong financial planning, modeling, and communication skills, with hands-on, cross-functional leadership in a high-growth environment; on-site collaboration in Duluth, GA, with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Finance
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a management or leadership role with direct supervisory responsibilities of at least five individuals
- CPA designation is strongly preferred
- MBA is a plus
