Job Summary
AVP, Network Manager responsible for leading Network Operations Center and IT Help Desk personnel, overseeing daily network/workstation performance and availability, and ensuring security and regulatory compliance. Key duties include supervising NOC/HD staff, architecting and monitoring network infrastructure, managing security systems (firewalls, access controls, permissions, domain security policies, endpoint protection, SIEM, secure communications), maintaining VoIP and call-center systems, vendor management and contract coordination, driving network/workstation initiatives with formal project management, supporting audits/regulatory exams and budgets, maintaining NOC/HD documentation, ensuring SOX/GLBA compliance, staying current on industry threats, collaborating with Information Security, and generating periodic reports on system access, vulnerability management, availability, performance, and network utilization. Requirements emphasize a Bachelor’s degree (or related field) and relevant certifications/experience; multiple years of supervisory and network-operations experience in a financial institution are preferred. Schedule includes regular business hours with on-call responsibilities; some nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
