Job Summary
Senior AVP - NBFC Relationship role within HSBC InvestDirect Financial Services (India) focusing on customer onboarding and relationship management for HIFSL NBFC. Responsibilities include meeting LAS needs, managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle, structuring loans and collateral, loan pricing, developing and getting loan proposals approved, onboarding and servicing customers, informing on loan accounts and collateral, adhering to policies and governance standards, delivering customer experience, and timely renewals. Qualifications include a graduate or postgraduate degree such as MBA or professional qualification like CA and 10+ years of experience in lending; AML training is required, with familiarity with AI-enabled tools advantageous.
