Job Summary
Lead the strategy, build, and delivery of the marketing measurement approach for Carnival Cruise Line's media spend, driving optimal investment efficacy against ROAS and incremental revenue goals. Steer media planning, buying, and customer segmentation across paid channels including television, digital, social, and mobile while managing agency partners to ensure marketplace impact. Direct the team that leverages data analytics and marketing science to optimize channel mix, personalize messaging, and execute full-funnel performance marketing. Manage US media budgets, oversee reporting and optimization, and present strategic findings to executive leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, CRM, and Data & Analytics to align strategies with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SAS
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in program coding such as Python
- 15 + years of progressive experience and leadership in the Media and Communications segment
- deep functional leadership experience in relevant media areas and integrated marketing communications
- demonstrated a propensity to challenge organizations to accelerate investment in both new and traditional pioneering media properties and programs
- Deep understanding of audience, measurement, programmatic buying and media technology platforms
- Sound understanding of performance digital marketing and full-funnel execution
- Executive communication and presentation skills
- Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area
- This position is classified as 'in-office'... work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday each week
