Job Summary
Lead and mentor the Marketing team to foster collaboration, creativity, and professional growth while managing projects from planning through execution. Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop compelling campaigns, oversee creative development for advertising and digital communications, and coordinate internal updates. Drive customer-focused strategies by analyzing feedback, measuring campaign performance and ROI, and ensuring all materials meet brand standards and regulatory requirements. Create engaging content for the website, newsletters, and annual reports while supporting vendor management and audits. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, prior supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to travel for company events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field
- Prior supervisory/management experience leading, managing and developing a small marketing team
- Experience working in a customer experience, marketing, communications, or a related role
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting abilities
- Outstanding organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure marketing effectiveness and campaign ROI
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- A creative problem solver who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution
- Willingness to travel as needed to support company events and community initiatives
