Job Summary
AVP, Marketing – Campaign Orchestration role focused on end-to-end operational execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, digital, SMS) across channels to ensure on-time delivery and measurable outcomes. Leads cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Creative, Product, Data/Analytics, Compliance/Legal, external partners), runs campaign ops standups, defines SOPs and templates to improve throughput, partners with analytics teams to measure impact, manages budgets and forecasts, and drives strategic opportunities to build brand awareness among physicians, patients, and thought leaders. Requires a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 4 years in multi-channel marketing operations, with experience in marketing automation/CRM tools and a track record in regulated environments. Travel for business as required; salary range $75k-$130k with potential bonus; remote-work option near hubs or in-office attendance; U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR high school diploma with 8 years marketing experience
- Minimum of 4 years marketing experience that includes innovating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, direct mail and digital channels
- Ability to travel for business as required
- Experience with marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, suppression, and personalization concepts
- Experience managing creative agencies, research or analytic partners
- Executive verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Grade/Level: 10
