Job Summary
AVP - LoanIQ Business Analyst needed to translate client requirements into functional documentation, participate in technical designs and test planning, and support the delivery of IT applications. The role involves documenting business and functional requirements, refining solutions with technology partners, performing analysis of client needs, coordinating testing (SIT/UAT), and training end users. Candidates should have experience in banking/financial services, strong SQL/data profiling skills, knowledge of SDLC, ETL, JIRA/Agile, and familiarity with tools like Visio, Confluence, and Excel, plus ability to work cross-functionally with business teams and risk/compliance considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in banking or financial industry
- Experience as a business analyst or technical analyst in software development/IT
- Experience with SQL and data profiling tools
- Experience with SDLC and requirements gathering
- Knowledge of AML and sanctions compliance
- Proficiency with Jira, Excel, Visio, Confluence
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical designs
- Ability to design, prototype, code and test applications
- Experience with ETL
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
