Job Summary
AVP - Learning and Transformation leads design and delivery of end-to-end learning solutions across OCBC Campus, translating business priorities into targeted capability-building initiatives. Partners with senior stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and external ecosystem partners to co-create multimodal learning experiences, integrating learning science, technology, and data insights to drive organizational transformation and measurable learning impact. Develops and tracks success metrics and leverages analytics to continuously improve learning effectiveness, while collaborating with internal teams to position learning initiatives within the broader business strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in learning & development, talent, or human capital development roles
- Experience in designing and delivering impactful learning interventions at scale
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
