Job Summary
Approve system-generated reporting and client deliverables for compliance, accuracy, and adherence to contractual deadlines. Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding commercial real estate loan servicing, while designing financial models, coding macros, and analyzing loan metrics to identify logic errors. Mentor junior staff, perform quality control on completed products, and recommend process rationalization initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency. Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry standards by evaluating resources and addressing exceptions in loan documents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
- 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent
- 5 years' experience with CREFC Reporting
- 5 years' experience in reconciliations, financial/investor reporting
- High comfort level with use of various industry related software systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Experience with Excel, able to utilize multiple formulas and macros
- Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, yet, express independent thought, with a consistent quality work product being produced
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines with minimum supervision
- Pro-active approach to problem recognition and resolution
