Job Summary
AVP, Inpatient Clinical Excellence and Quality leads quality initiatives and clinical risk mitigation in the inpatient setting. A senior member of the Quality leadership team, the role advances clinical excellence, physician engagement, and evidence-based care by collaborating with system, hospital, and administrator leadership to develop and execute enterprise strategies that elevate care, reduce variation, and promote accountability. Requires MD/DO with Texas license, at least 5 years of leadership and 10+ years of pediatric clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution is required
- Active Texas Medical License
- 5+ years of leadership experience in quality/patient safety or related initiatives
- 10+ years of pediatric clinical experience
