Job Summary
AVP role focused on daily reconciliations and settlements for IMPS and UPI including related products (RTGS/NEFT); ensure accuracy between bank statements, payment gateways and internal systems; monitor transactions, resolve discrepancies, handle disputes and prepare MIS reports for audits and stakeholders; maintain control books, update volume trackers and custody of transaction-related mails; strong knowledge of payment technologies (IMPS/UPI), ISO standards, API testing, banking regulations and fraud prevention; requires analytical mindset for transaction trends, root cause analysis, stakeholder coordination, and proficiency with MS Office tools; 8+ years of relevant experience and a degree in Finance/Economics/Commerce/Accounting.
