AVP Human Resources

Lead the Human Resources function, ensuring daily operations are maintained accurately, consistently, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards. Directly supervise the HR Manager and additional staff, overseeing hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews, and employee development. Serve as a trusted business advisor to executives on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee relations, and complex people matters. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation administration, benefits, payroll, leave administration, workers' compensation, HR systems, and vendor relationships. Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, systems, and controls to strengthen operational effectiveness. Partner with organizational leaders to assess workforce needs, support organizational design, and strengthen succession planning. Use workforce metrics and analytics to evaluate HR performance and provide recommendations to executive leadership. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory programs including BSA, AML, and OFAC.
