Job Summary
AVP, Help Desk User Support oversees a team delivering on-site desktop and end-user IT support in a fast-paced financial services environment. The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to manage hardware and software troubleshooting, and global project implementations. Required Qualifications
- AVP or equivalent senior leadership in IT support
- Experience managing a Help Desk or IT support team
- On-site IT support experience in Jacksonville, FL
- Ability to coordinate with central IT and regional teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
