Job Summary
Lead development of board and senior leadership presentations, synthesizing complex investment and strategic information into clear, decision-oriented narratives. Own end-to-end structuring of materials, refine exhibits, and ensure outputs align with executive decision-making needs. Oversee performance and regular portfolio reporting to support investment committee governance, while driving BI evolution through automation, advanced analytics, and AI enhancements. Collaborate with IT teams on governed data models and promote consistent metric definitions and self-service analytics adoption. Coach team members on structured communication and presentation quality, serving as a trusted partner to investment teams and investor relations. Prioritize work, guide execution, and elevate team output within the BI center of excellence. Hybrid schedule with 60% in New York office. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Macroeconomics, Statistics, Accounting, or Mathematics required with 7+ years in asset management or investment analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and understanding of investment concepts and performance drivers across asset classes
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Demonstrated success operating in high-expectation, executive-facing environments
- Proven ability to lead complex analytics, reporting, or BI initiatives end-to-end
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Bachelor's Degree Finance, Macroeconomics, Statistics, Accounting, Mathematics or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in asset management, investment analytics, financial services, or a related field
- Experience developing board-level or senior executive presentations, with a strong focus on structured thinking and clear, audience-appropriate communication
- Experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, or similar)
- ≤ 10% Travel
- Report to one of our Aflac offices located in New York, NY for at least 60% of the work week
- Work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to data automation, data architecture, or AI-enabled analytics use cases preferred
